Joseph Prepti is a business development, operations, and technology professional with a unique background spanning veterinary services, client development, cybersecurity, and organizational leadership.

For five years, Joseph served in Business Development and Operations for Veterinary Concierge Services, where he helped expand the organization’s community presence, developed strategic partnerships, and supported new-client attraction and retention. His responsibilities included day-to-day operations, vendor management, technology systems, compliance, and the development of relationships-that strengthened the organization’s reach within the community.

Joseph also brings more than six years of cybersecurity experience, specializing in threat detection, AWS security, incident response, vulnerability management, network monitoring, and compliance. As an IT Analyst and Cybersecurity & Operations Manager, he implemented threat-detection protocols, strengthened the security of AWS-hosted databases, identified and remediated security breaches, andenhanced organizational governance and security controls.

His professional experience also includes serving as an Interim Area Supervisor with Amazon, where he provided operational leadership during the COVID-19 response, supported OSHA compliance,loss-prevention initiatives, and crisis management, strengthening organizational infrastructure, and helping CARES extend its mission and impact.
